Ellen CamachoFounder
Ellen Camacho received her degree in Fashion Design and Dress Making in 1989 and embarked on a career in fashion design, catering expertise, and table scaping - the art of making food beautiful. Ellen’s career has been spent developing an eye for the extraordinary and producing one-of-a-kind experiences. As a swimwear designer right out of Orange Coast College, Orange County, California, she was thrust into the national limelight when her designs were chosen for Inside Sports Swimwear edition alongside icon designers Donna Karan and Michael Kors.
Her eye for detail, impeccable hospitality, and table scaping makes art out of the ordinary. Ellen has trained over 500 people in the catering arena and has provided food for many high profile clients. In the two decades spent catering in Nashville, she saw so much food waste, prompting the connection of unused food with those in need. |
