What is a crisis? A crisis arises when an individual does not have the skills and resources to handle a situation. There are no boundaries to the term "crisis". Topics can range from thoughts of suicide, death of a loved one, coping when choosing a new job position, adjusting to a new community, running away, relationship problems, sexual identity, domestic violence, to just having a bad day. These hotlines and resources are set up to help you.

I Got Your Back A wellness program founded by Sacramento Chef Patrick Mulvaney and adapted to the hospitality industry. The Pin Project The Pin Project is a revolutionary project adapted to sober individuals. It is a simple, identifiable symbol that when worn expresses the intention to not drink. Learn to identify the pin and help spread awareness. Pins cost $15 and take approximately 2-3 weeks to receive.
