Housing Counselors are needed throughout Philadelphia to help our communities achieve their housing goals! AHCOPA’s Housing Counseling Academy is an 8-week course that will prepare you to pass the HUD certification exam, a requirement to enter the career field. The Housing Counseling Academy is taught by AHCOPA’s certified and highly experienced housing counselors. Classes are taught virtually, 2 days a week and the program includes mock counseling session, self-care development, a pre-test and study guides. Enrollment Cost: $200 for 8-week course *If cost is a barrier due to financial hardship, please email [email protected], there may be funds available to help offset the cost.
