Victoria BurgarellaCoach
I’ve been in the flag football circuit since I began playing freshman year of high school, and I’ve been a coach for about 5 years now. I coach for the love of the game and to be a positive role model for the kids by providing them with experiences and opportunities to be successful on and off the field. There’s no better feeling than being out on the field watching the sport I fell in love with continue to grow. I coach for THT because we are more than just flag football; we are a family. Our success thus far has led my team to 3 straight national championship titles, and that has all been driven by the close-knit foundation we created with our athletes and their families. I hope to continue creating memorable experiences for the girls and building on lifelong values that can be cherished forever. |
Graig ArneCoach
First and foremost, I am a father of two and a husband. I am also a recently retired NYPD police officer. I began coaching to help out with my own children on the teams they participated in and over the years have had the privilege of coaching many awesome kids in football, basketball, and baseball. I am so excited to be coaching with THT. I have a great group of hard-working and talented young athletes. These girls put so much effort into all that they do and I look forward to watching them grow together. Being a coach is something I take great pride in and I am thrilled to be a part of a wonderful organization. |

Eddie SparacioCoach
Eddie has 2 boys that play for THT. He coaches both 12U and 13U teams for the organization. He has coached for the league the last 3 years and has coached tournament flag football for the last 5. In 2022, his 12U team qualified and competed in the NFL Flag Championships and ranked one of the top teams in the country. “We don’t focus on winning; we focus on playing with heart and always playing hard. The wins will come if we have the right attitude.” I am proud to be a part of this great organization, and I look forward to another great football season. THT on TOP!! |

Kevin BrockdorfCoach
From as young as I can remember I was always that kid playing whatever sport is in season, outside in the street with all of my friends sun up to sun down. Coaching gives me that feeling again of just truly enjoying the sport being out there free minded, on top of having my two kids that love to play and wanted me to coach them in all different sports at an early age. Once I started coaching I was able to realize what I wish I had when I was younger, and from there I’ve worked with so many kids to instill that love of the game, the process, the lessons it brings because those are the most important details. Now coaching tht, with ELITE boy and girl players all different ages we are able to showcase all the work we put in all year long! First class organization, they give so many opportunities for these athletes to get exposure and also connect with players from all around the country!!! I’m blessed to be apart of it. |
Dennis QuattracheCoach
has been coaching football for 10 years and have been part of THT for past 3. After a lot of success on the local circuit we decided to give travel flag a shot and was lucky enough to become part of this great organization. THT has given all the support and backing to these young athletes that any coach/parent could ask for. Many organizations talk about family... THT lives family….THT IS FAMILY. That’s what separates us from the rest |

We are a family within the THT family and are proud to wear the THT colors. |
