Karen Steen - Co-Founder and Board Member
Karen is the founder and CEO of TaxMed Financial.  She has over 10 years experience in tax preparation and 21 years experience as a surgical nurse.  Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters in Business Administration.  Being the parent of a child with Autism is her greatest purpose.

Jeremiah Steen - Co-Founder and Board Member
Jeremiah was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of 3.  He spent most of his early childhood being isolated from other kids.  Once Jeremiah was introduced to dance his life changed for the better.  He has competed on dance competition teams.  He's also competed with a solo routine and was awarded Dancer of the Year and Senior Mr. Motiv8.  Jeremiah has also earned a scholarship to a local performing arts college.  Jeremiah is passionate about dance and wants to inspire others on the Autism Spectrum.

Chanda Lewis-Howard - Board Member
Chanda is the founder and CEO of CLH Wedding.  She is a graduate of California State Northridge and has a passion to help others. She also enjoys mentoring and assisting families to create lifelong memories. Family is very important to her and is something that she treasures.

Raymond Medeiros - Board Member
Raymond is founder and CEO of Business Cares, Inc.  He has worked with several non-profit organizations for the past 40 years as a volunteer and/or Board Member.  Raymond has managed many facets of operating a successful business, including operations, finance, human relations and sales & marketing.
