The Parker Artists Guild encourages artists to “test-drive” the art festival experience to find out how festivals generally work. To that end, we offer several PAG Member tents.
PAG Members may sign up for half of a shared tent for $110 for the 2 days of the festival.
For that price, the member receives:
One half of a 10’x10’ tent, with hanging grids and hangars, help setting up the tent and tearing
down the tent, and required corner weights.
We have a limited number of tents available, so be sure to sign up early for a chance to be included.

To secure a shared tent, please specify on the “short paragraph” section of the registration form that you are applying for a shared member tent.
The non-refundable cost to submit is $35. This includes sending in 4 images of your artwork. (You don’t need to include an image of your tent since you will be sharing one.)

General Exhibit Rules
Fine art and fine craft artists are encouraged to apply in the following categories: ceramics, digital art, drawing, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and wood. See specific definitions below.
You must provide a credit card payment acceptance device if you intend to accept credit card payments. Most folks use Square. You must offer receipts for purchases. This occurs automatically in Square, but for cash sales, you will need to buy a receipt book.
All artists are responsible for their own sales.
Please be sure you have read and understand the Rules of the Exhibit:

We will prioritize members who have not shown their artwork in a shared tent in the past. If you have enjoyed the opportunity to sell from the Member Tents in a previous Art in the Park event, you are welcome to apply, but please realize we want to promote this to artists who are new to the outdoor art show experience.
Finally, if you are fortunate enough to reserve a space for yourself in the Member Tents, you are
required to attend both days of the festival.
NOTE: If there are not enough new members’ requests for space in the Member Tents, then requests by members who have shown there in the past will be honored. Names will be chosen on a first-come-first-served basis.
- All work must be original and hand-created by the exhibitor, including signed and numbered
- limited edition prints. Manufactured and imported work or kits may not be exhibited.
- All two-dimensional artwork must be matted, stretched, or framed.
- Artists may only exhibit work in the category in which they are accepted. Jewelry may only be
- sold by artists accepted in the jewelry category.
- Artists must be present throughout the entire show. No spouses or other people are permitted
- in place of the artist.
- * Artists are responsible for all of their sales. Please plan to have cash for change and credit card processing readers (i.e. Square, etc.) if you accept credit card payments.
- Colorado law requires that vendors collect 8% sales tax. The Parker Artists Guild will collect your taxes at the close of the event and submit them to the proper agencies. Be prepared to write a check or have cash for taxes at the close of the event.
- All work shown must be for sale.
