The Beneficial Pain Impact:
Changing Baltimore One Human at a Time
Beneficial Pain empowers humans to redirect their mindset around pain. We built our foundation upon sharing narratives and utilizing our resources to support those who not only redefine pain but also embrace “failure.”
Our major programs address needs present in Baltimore City ranging from investment in continued education through our Change the Pain Scholarship to breaking the cycle of poverty and food insecurity in the community with Joshua's Pantry and The Plug. Moreover, we empower the youth of the city of Baltimore with our We The Change Project, teaching a curriculum focused on creating equitable solutions to issues in Baltimore.

"Beneficial Pain gave me a community to utilize during my first-year of college and they also reminded me about the power of my story. I am so grateful to for BP and the work they do."
