Sarah's Run Across Michigan!

Please join the Teacher Salary Project in supporting Sarah Porter, a high school teacher and cross country coach in Detroit, MI, as she attempts to set a "Fastest Known Time " or FKT for a running route that spans the 217-mile width of southern Michigan. Sarah's route begins on Lake Michigan, in South Haven on July 23rd and ends at Lake St Clair. At this point in time, there is only a record for men, so any completion will set a women's record. Sarah has chosen to support our efforts to raise teacher pay through this historic run.
