AEquitas – works to improve the quality of justice in sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking cases by developing, evaluating, and refining prosecution practices that increase victim safety and offender accountability. Staff support prosecutors and allied professionals by conducting legal research; providing 24/7 case consultation; hosting specialized or state-specific training events and webinars; providing individual experts to jurisdictions and organizations; and publishing articles, monographs, and other resources on topics relevant to the prosecution of violence against women, Washington, DC. Association of Prosecuting Attorneys – was founded as a national "think tank" to represent all prosecutors and provide additional resources such as training and technical assistance in an effort to develop proactive innovative prosecutorial practices that prevent crime, ensure equal justice and make our communities safer. APA is the only national organization to represent all prosecutors, including both appointed and elected prosecutors, as well as their deputies and assistants, whether they work as city attorneys, tribal prosecutors, district attorneys, state's attorneys, attorneys general or US attorneys. The association's activities include acting as a global form for the exchange of ideas, allowing prosecutors to collaborate with all criminal justice partners, conducting timely and effective technical assistance and providing access to technology for the enhancement of the prosecutorial function, Washington, DC.
National Association of Assistant U.S. Attorneys – founded in 1993 to protect, promote, foster and advance the mission of AUSAs and their responsibilities in promoting and preserving the Constitution of the United States, encouraging loyalty and dedication among AUSAs in support of the U.S. Department of Justice, and encouraging the just enforcement of laws of the United States. NAAUSA is the "bar association" for the more than 5,400 AUSAs throughout the country and the U.S. territories, Lake Ridge, VA.
National Association of Prosecutor Coordinators – provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and information and the development of programs and services for the mutual benefit of prosecutor coordinators and prosecutors, Washington, DC.
National Black Prosecutors Association – the only professional membership organization dedicated to the advancement of blacks as prosecutors. Founded in 1983, the Association's membership is comprised of over 800 prosecutors nationwide and in Canada, Chicago, IL.
National District Attorney’s Association - Founded in 1950, the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA) is a national, non-partisan non-profit membership association that provides training, technical assistance, and services to prosecutors around the country in support of the prosecution profession. As the oldest and largest association of prosecutors in the country with over 5,500 members, NDAA represents state and local prosecutors’ offices from both urban and rural districts, as well as large and small jurisdictions.
