​The ARTS Creative Cultural, Media, Tech Experiences program offers innovative opportunities for participants to engage with the vibrant worlds of STEAM paired with arts, culture and film and entrepreneurship. This dynamic program combines hands-on workshops, collaborative projects, and immersive learning experiences to foster creativity, balance health and implement artistic expression. Participants explore various artistic disciplines, including visual arts, music, theater, and digital media, while also gaining insights into film production and the latest technological advancements. Through mentorship and skill-building sessions, individuals develop their creative talents and learn to effectively communicate their ideas.

This program provides participants with the tools and resources needed to achieve a harmonious balance between their work and personal lives.   Through workshops and activities focused on wellness, stress management, and self-care, individuals learn to prioritize their health and well-being. In addition, the program offers professional development opportunities, including skill-building sessions, career and technical training and exploration to inspire and prepare participants for success in their careers. By fostering a holistic approach to work-life balance, the Work It Well program empowers individuals to thrive both personally and professionally, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and productive life.

 

Moms In Tech & Digital Exploration 

The Work It Well Project is providing opportunities for single and low income moms and single moms who are re-entering interested in technology pathways certificate programs and digital exploration that includes entrepreneurship. This program will benefit adult single and low income mothers who are interested re-entering the work world and living in poverty that are interested in science, technology, engineering, cyber security, arts and math (STEAM) as well as workforce education, entrepreneurship and employment, and are looking to improve the quality of their lives and the lives of their children.

The various paths of technology is an Educational & Exploration Program for single and low income Mothers and our overall goal is to support single mothers living in poverty who are in college and/or working and have a foundational understanding of technology, with an interest in entrepreneurial digital exploration. The work It Well MITE programs and our partnerships looking to be educated in Cyber Security and Information Security, one of the fastest growing fields in technology with an astounding workforce gap and shortage of talent amongst men and women and more so women in vulnerable populations.

The Tech & Entrepreneurship Educational Program for Single Mothers will offer cohorts of single mothers per semester, the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Cyber Security, Information Security and digital dimensions for entrepreneurship to change or further their career path in STEAM, while adding supplemental income. Once the participant has earned the Cyber Security Certificate from the program, The WIP’s team and partnerships will work to find jobs for the top 50% of the class giving them the opportunity to get out of poverty and start a new career that will provide a sustainable salary with benefits. The WIP’s will further their relationship with the participants by offering each graduate coaching and peer support, enrollment at no charge and to become an alumni to the learning academy as a speaker and paid opportunities to reach one and teach one.  This benefit will continue their mentoring and educational opportunities based on their individual goals “from the classroom to the boardroom.”

Our mission is to provide a variety of educational services to Alameda and surrounding counties CalWORKs, veterans, displaced workers and re-entry participants to support their transitioning into the work world. We seek to help them replace barriers and increase their abilities to have a successful re-entry to gainful employment and as healthy citizens, optimizing their functioning as individuals, family members, and parents. Our vision is to contribute to the health and healing of individuals, families, neighborhoods, and communities within Alameda and surrounding Counties.

This possibility is accomplished in our WORK IT N.O.W. (WIN), New Opportunities To Win Program  & complimentary WI Health Is Wealth Online Coaching Café. Our clients and partners can enjoy a place to e-group, re-purpose, and re-focus at a self-paced distance virtual space, compliments of THE WORK IT WELL PROJECT. The WORK It N.O.W. (WIN) Program is implemented in our distance learning platform as well as face to face allowing participants to get more familiar with using technology and as a way of guaranteed completion. The face to face and distance learning combination is a service model without limitations, and can be implemented under any emergency restrictions such as COVID19.
 
The Work It N.O.W. (WIN) is a program that provides wellness, skills building, personal and professional development classes along with activities and enrichment that results to job placement and or exploration opportunities that leads to gainful employment .   It empowers it’s with the tools to replace barriers and  to become a healthier and productive person in society and in both the home and the workplace.

The WORK IT N.O.W. (WIN) Program gives our clients a well-rounded experience and coaching support to get them motivated and ready to work and accomplish their goals.  The online WI “Health Is Wealth” online café experience,  gives you healthy insight, and the tools and freedom to be physically & mentally balanced like we all deserve to be, while staying COVID19 Free.
