With a large number of people living in poverty, the Work It Well Project provides innovative solutions for the most vulnerable members of our community in efforts to help decrease intergenerational poverty, violence, health issues, mental health, suicide, substance abuse, homelessness and at-risk behavior by providing wrap around support and resources that keep them from falling through the cracks and to help transform lives.

​The BOSS Steps to Pathways 4 Success program focuses on fostering entrepreneurship and technology exploration as tools for economic empowerment among vulnerable populations. This initiative provides participants with valuable skills and knowledge to launch and sustain their own businesses while exploring innovative digital solutions, etiquette, literacy and pathways. Additionally, BOSS Steps is committed to violence prevention and barrier replacement, equipping participants with coping strategies and resources to overcome personal and systemic challenges. By promoting self-sufficiency and resilience, the BOSS Steps to Pathways 4 Success program empowers individuals to create sustainable economic opportunities and build a better future for themselves and their communities.
