WI Online Exploration is hosted in the Sprinkle Me Learning Academy which is an online distance learning platform that provides a variety of online interactive training, enrichment courses and programs along with coaching and development courses and other virtual and face to face learning options for our clients, partners and staff development support. WORK It Exploration Academy enables us to provide a variety of options for skills building & resilience as a compliment to our clients and/or partners and is incorporated in some of our programs rather face to face or virtual. The Sprinkle Me Learning Academy, was started in 2015, found by Dr. Suga-T Stevens and includes an effective and culture competent model that meets others where they are while helping them explore what they can become. Our learning content is based on evidence based learning and is a gateway to sustainable employment pathways. Other classes and training are available for customization that will fit the need of our clients and partners personal and professional development. Our teachers are CEO's (Certified Empowerment Officers) in their expertise, and teach by their experience, education and passion and have been alumni's of our services or training graduates, along with seasoned instructors of over 25 years of experience.
