The Reduses

The Reduses are a remarkable couple who have made a profound impact in the realm of marriage enrichment. Meeting at church and marrying over 14 years ago, they have dedicated their lives to helping others through Eye To Eye Marriage. Initially engaging as students, they transitioned to teaching and have assumed the role of Executive Directors, where they continue to inspire and support couples.
Rodney, hailing from Little Rock, Arkansas, brings a rich background with his Air Force retirement, a Master’s in Ministry from Oklahoma Christian, ordination as a minister, and authorship of Hiss Story. Cresha, originally from Oklahoma City, complements their mission with a Master’s in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma, certification as a PREP Instructor, and her experience as an alumna of Leadership OKC. Both are graduates of SALLT and successfully run two small businesses; one in real estate and the other in coaching/consulting.
Their love for the outdoors, travel, and family time enriches their life. They cherish their blended family of four adult children and 11 grandchildren, who inspire their personal mission: to help couples understand and experience the profound gift of marriage, aiming for a lasting, generational impact.
