Jamie Williams, MSW | She/HerExecutive Director
Jamie graduated with a master’s degree in social work in 2021 and has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology from Metropolitan State University. She has broad experience including roles at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Adams County Human Services as well as volunteering as an advocate for CoNEHT. Jamie founded this organization to reshape the minds of society regarding incarceration and incarcerated individuals. REshape is an acronym for Re-Sources, Re-Habilitate, Re-Act, Re-Prieve, and Re-Entry. The goal is to develop a supportive structure that empowers participants to integrate into society: turning bars into ladders. “It is my goal and purpose to be the change that I want to see and to support those who deserve a second chance in life.
