Standardizing Disease Severity
For research to be reproducible and meta-analyzable, we need to have a clear understanding what we want to measure before a study begins. One of the key challenges has been to standardize the way we measure disease severity in acute infections such as flu-like illness and acute respiratory viral infections.
ViVI provides prospectively validated endpoints for clinical trials in influenza, COVID-19 and other respiratory viral diseases. Our clinician reported outcomes (ClinRo) can be seamlessly integrated into the clinical trial visit or hospital workflow allowing clinicians to report the right data at the right time, directly at the point of care.
ViVI collaborates closely with patient representative organizations to ensure that so-called patient reported outcomes (PRO) are reflecting exactly how a patient feels, thrives and survives.
For pediatric research e are developing compatible observer reported outcomes (ObsRo).
