Bron Kisler (MSC)
Bron Kisler is a data standards and terminology expert in health informatics, who is globally recognized for his SDO Leadership. He is a Co-Founder of CDISC, a global SDO developing clinical research data standards. After serving as Chair for ISO Technical Committee 215 Work Group 2 for four years, Mr. Kisler was recently elected by 30 countries to Chair the new ISO Genomics Sub-Committee. He is also a Co-Chair for the HL7 Biomedical Research Work Group. Bron Kisler is currently a Biomedical Informatics Specialist with the US National Cancer Institute (NCI) through Essex Management, where he is a Senior Associate. He supports the Center for Biomedical Informatics & Information Technology (CBIIT) as part of the Semantic Infrastructure team. He is applying his expertise across a number of 'Big Data' programs under the Beau Biden Cancer Moonshot Initiative such as the Cancer Research Data Commons and the new Center for Cancer Data Harmonization.
Bron Kisler is a founding member of the ViVI Think Tank since 2008. He ensures full compliance with pertinent data standards for all digital tools developed by the Vienna Vaccine Safety Initiative. |
