ALICIA J.
Executive Director
For 20 years, Alicia has been a supporter and advocate for marginalized communities in a variety of roles. Alicia has worked with businesses, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and corporations to support and promote communities of color by way of training, program development, and leadership support.
In each of her positions, she has continued to be a voice for marginalized members in the community and a thought leader on issues of race and racism. She continues to engage in social and racial justice in all areas of her life.

DEANNA W.
Operations Manager
DeAnna joined the RRB team on October 15, 2024. Before joining RRB, DeAnna received her Business Management Degree. She is a student of life and puts no limits on opportunities, which drew her to RRB. She is excited about the opportunity to learn, grow, and be a part of an organization that aims for a better community.

ANJOLE W.
Restorative Program Manager
Anjole is a Queer mother of three free Black children, a Maryland transplant, and a Hawai‘i native who envisions a future rooted in Indigenous values and shared wellness. A chef turned restorative justice and Reiki practitioner, she began teaching culinary arts before moving into alternative education, where she helped design a student-centered peace room supporting restorative practices.
She later worked with staff and incarcerated youth in New York’s juvenile detention centers. Today, Anjole creates healing-centered community spaces, facilitates educator training, and hosts peace circles and gatherings focused on liberation and embodied wellness.

Emma is passionate about helping individuals and communities navigate conflict with curiosity and care. Her work is shaped by her fundamentalist religious upbringing, background in legal advocacy and community organizing, and study of psychology and ancestral trauma as pathways toward collective healing. She now focuses on creating conditions for understanding, accountability, and repair. Emma is committed to embodying restorative practices in her personal and professional life to build trust and belonging.
