Executive Director
For 20 years, Alicia has been a supporter and advocate for marginalized communities in a variety of roles. Alicia has worked with businesses, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and corporations to support and promote communities of color by way of training, program development, and leadership support.
In each of her positions, she has continued to be a voice for marginalized members in the community and a thought leader on issues of race and racism. She continues to engage in social and racial justice in all areas of her life.

Operations Manager
DeAnna joined the RRB team on October 15, 2024. Before joining RRB, DeAnna received her Business Management Degree. She is a student of life and puts no limits on opportunities, which drew her to RRB. She is excited about the opportunity to learn, grow, and be a part of an organization that aims for a better community.

Restoratove Justice Program Manager
Coryn is an educator, program leader, and equity advocate dedicated to building inclusive, healing-centered communities through restorative practices. With a background in teaching, equity, and social-emotional learning, she brings years of experience helping schools and organizations use restorative practices to strengthen relationships, repair harm, and build belonging.

Johanna Andrew has spent more than eight years as a dedicated productivity alchemist, helping organizations transform challenges into opportunities. She brings to RRB a wealth of experience supporting nonprofit organizations in their efforts to reach and uplift communities that often face systemic disadvantages.
Johanna approaches both her work and her life with a solutions-focused mindset, believing that every challenge is an invitation to grow. She is passionate about continuous learning and is currently expanding her education—through both traditional and nontraditional avenues—to better serve her community.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Johanna finds joy in connecting with others, cultivating resilience, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
